Visa letters
If you require a letter of invitation to assist with your visa application, you must register for the conference and make payment before requesting one.
You can request a letter of invitation by completing our online Letter of Invitation Request for Visa Application form. Please note that you cannot complete the form without your registration confirmation number.
Your letter of invitation will be sent the Friday following your request.

If the Invoice/Receipt is to be addressed to an EU or RoW VAT Registered Company, VAT will be Out of Scope. Otherwise, VAT is charged at the UK rate of 20%.
